An apology may be a sign of weakness, but having the courage to go up to someone and say sorry is actually a strength. Sorry seems to be the hardest word but not everyone knows the word "sorry" itself can change people life. So here i want to ask for forgiveness to all my mistakes that ive made in past. and please accept my humble of apologize.
